Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store. We are solely an online based company!

Do you guarantee your products?

Our team at BestPhoneDeals is 100% committed to making you happy. Each product is inspected by a member before it goes out the door. However, while we make every effort to ensure you product arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen during the shipment process of your order. Please notify us right away if you have discovered any damages upon receiving your product(s).

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes we offer a 1 year warranty on our products. However, this only applies to our accessories and you are responsible for the shipping costs to us. You have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on the phones you purchase.

Are your phones used or brand new?

To ensure the quality of our products, we do not sell used or open box phones. We only sell sealed and brand new phones, just like if you are buying it from an Apple or Samsung Store.

Are your phones factory unlocked?

All of our phones come factory unlocked, you are not tied down to a specific provider. This means that it can be used with any service provider that uses a SIM card.

Is ordering online secure?

We want all of our customers to feel safe and secure because your trust is important to us. Our website uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information especially during the checkout process.

How do I add items to my cart?

To add an item on your cart, navigate to the page of the product you are interested in. Select the product your are interested in and click the "Add to Cart" button. Then, you will be brought to your "Shopping Cart" page to view the items you have selected.

How do I remove items to my cart?

To add remove an item on your cart, click on the "Cart" link located on the upper-right corner of your screen. Then, you will be brought to your "Shopping Cart" where you can select the item you would like to remove. When you are ready to remove the item, click on the "Remove" link below the name of the item you would like to remove.

How do I place my order?

Once you are done with adding items to your cart and are ready to complete a transaction, click on the "Check Out" button link located on the lower-right corner of your screen. Then, you will be redirected to our secure server where you will be asked for customer information, shipping method, and payment method.

How do I make changes to my order?

To make changes to your order, Contact Us or Email Us within 12 hours. We will be more than happy to honour your request as long as its within 12 hours of placing your order.

The order status page is in the final page of the checkout. You will also receive a confirmation for your order which will direct you to the final page of the checkout. The order status page will let you check:

1. The status of your shipment without contacting us directly.

2. See real time updates on the location of your shipment.

Exchanges & Replacements

What is your exchange policy for phones?

Unfortunately, our phones are final sale. We do not honour exchanges on phones. Any request to exchange a phone that was purchased will not be granted under any circumstances.

What is your exchange policy for accessories?

We will honour exchanges on accessories within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. For exchanges on accessories, Contact Us or Email Us. We will be more than happy to honour an exchange as long as its within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.

What is your replacement policy for accessories?

We will honour any replacements on accessories with 15 calendar days of receiving your order. All replacement requests will be reviewed. You must submit all necessary requirements. Any requests lacking of requirements will not be qualified for a replacement. We will send a replacement once proven defected or damaged. To be eligible for replacements, Contact Us or Email Us. Please include the following: a video or pictures of the defected or damaged item and the packaging label with the tracking number. We will be more than happy to honour a replacement as long as its within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We will honour any returns on accessories with 15 calendar days of receiving your order. You must notify us if you are looking to return an item. No refunds will be issued if we are not notified about a return. The item you are looking to return must be unopened, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you have received it. You are also responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs for any items you have purchased are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for any returning items that are subject to address issues as this is considered as the customer's error. All return requests will be reviewed. For returns on accessories, Contact Us or Email Us. We will be more than happy to honour an exchange as long as its within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, our phones are final sale. We do not honour refunds on phones. Any request to return a phone that was purchased will not be granted under any circumstances.

There are no refunds on any sale or promotional items.

When will you process the refund to my credit card?

Refunds will be completed upon approval. We will process the refund right away once the refund request has been approved. However, you may need to contact your bank as it usually takes 5-7 business days (depends on your bank's process) to credit a refund to your account.
